The photographs on this site are licensed for use by MLJ, SASU and may not be extracted or reused. Reproducing, adapting, translating or redistributing any part of this site or of the PolishBook application, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Short quotations are permitted when the source is named and a link to the page is provided. Client records created inside the PolishBook application belong to the customer who created them, as set out in the terms of service.
Liability
MLJ, SASU takes care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, and updates it whenever the product changes. The information here is provided for general guidance and does not constitute business, tax, legal or health and safety advice for your studio. MLJ, SASU cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from the use of this site, from a temporary interruption of access, or from any error or omission in the content. Nothing in this notice removes any protection that mandatory consumer law in your state of residence gives you. The commercial terms that apply to a paid PolishBook subscription are set out in the terms of service.
